摘要
大型地下室由于空间大,整体性要求高,水电暖通等各种管线错综交叉,在机电安装的实际施工中返工率高,BIM技术通过三维可视化建模,对相关方案进行多次优化,并通过二维图纸结合三维模型指导施工,大大降低了返工率,提高了施工质量,降低了工程建设成本。
Due to the large space and various pipelines intricately crossed,the rework rate of electromechanical installations in large basement is high. With the help of BIM 3D visual modeling,we can optimizes the relevant schemes and drawing guidance for construction. The rework rate will be greatly reduced and the construction quality improved. BIM technology is very effective in reducing engineering cost.
