摘要
对大体积混凝土温度裂缝的控制措施进行了研究,分别从材料制备阶段、施工阶段、养护阶段等方面进行裂缝控制技术研究。指出及时调控温度是避免大体积混凝土温度裂缝产生的关键手段,大体积混凝土由于温度变化产生形变并受到约束作用,导致应力大于本身抗拉强度,这是温度裂缝产生的主要因素。
In this paper,the control measures for the temperature crack of mass concrete are studied,and the crack control technology is studied from the material preparation stage,the construction stage,the maintenance stage and so on. The timely control of temperature is the key method to avoid the temperature cracks in mass concrete. Large volume concrete is deformed and restrained by the temperature change,which leads to the stress greater than its tensile strength,which is the main factor of the temperature crack.
