通过建立完善的分区计量管理体系,划分了管理分区和独立计量分区,并建立与分区计量配套的管理制度。通过有效的系统监控和分析,准确的夜间计量、准确快速的漏水定位和维修、合理的压力管理最终达到控制漏损,逐步降低产销差的目的。
Through the establishment of a perfect zoning measurement management system,management zoning and independent measurement zoning,and the establishment of zoning measurement matching management system. Through effective system monitoring and analysis,accurate night measurement,accurate and rapid leakage positioning and maintenance,reasonable pressure management,and ultimately achieve the purpose of controlling leakage and gradually reducing the production and marketing gap.
