摘要 基于Virtual Globes技术,应用地理信息系统和地质灾害监测技术,建立绵竹山洪灾害远程监控系统。该系统主要实现了基于Virtual Globes的三维地理信息、山洪地质灾害数据、监测数据无缝集成,并调用中国移动的MAS平台,通过短信方式实现灾害信息的实时和自动报警,为山洪预警决策提供基础支撑。 This study,based on Virtual Globes,combined with GIS and the geological disaster monitoring,built remote monitoring system of Mianzhu mountain flood disaster. The system is mainly implemented the seamless integration of 3 D GIS,geological disasters information and monitoring data based on Virtual Globes. By means of China Mobile MAS platform,real time alarm content and automatic alarm content about geological disasters can be sent in text message form to the responsible person. These achievements have provided scientific support for the mountain flood warning.
