国内城市群治理研究综述:文献述评与未来展望

Review on the Governance of Urban Agglomeration in China:Literature Review and Future Prospect

国内城市群治理研究开始于2005年。城市群基本概念的研究为城市群治理研究奠定了基础,城市群快速发展所产生的"治理困境"和国外城市群治理理论、经验的借鉴推动了我国城市群治理研究的发展。目前,国内学界已经初步形成了城市群治理研究的主要框架和主要领域。但是在主要研究内容上对国外理论和经验的引介和借鉴较多,我国实践经验的总结研究较少;研究的主要内容和主题有所增加,但大都限于规范演绎研究,对具体操作层面的研究较少;实证研究方法使用较少,不利于提高我国城市群治理的科学化水平。在总结我国城市群治理研究进展的基础上,本文提出了未来研究的展望。

The research on the governance of urban agglomeration began in 2005. The basic concept of urban agglomeration has laid a foundation for the research of urban agglomeration. The ＂governance dilemma＂ produced by the rapid development of urban agglomeration and the theory and experience of foreign urban agglomeration have promoted the development of the research of urban agglomeration in China. At present, the domestic academic circle has preliminarily formed the main frame and main field of urban agglomeration governance research. However, while there are many references to foreign theories and experiences, the research of the practical experience in China is inadequate. The main contents and themes of the study have increased, but most of them are limited to normative deductive studies and not research on the specific operational level. The use of empirical research methods is not conducive to the improvement of the scientific content of urban agglomeration in China. On the basis of summarizing the research progress of urban agglomeration in China,this paper puts forward the prospect of future research.
