摘要 目的探讨院内急救新模式的有效性,提高抢救成功率。方法建立院内一体化快速急救体系,包括成立院内急救小组(Medical Emergency Team,MET)、院内紧急呼叫广播系统、急救设备统一管理和调用机制等。对实施新急救体系前后院内急救情况进行比较分析。结果 2017年1—12月启动MET小组32次,急救小组到达时间为(2.74±0.36)min,对23例(71.88%)院内心搏骤停事件(in-hospital cardiac arrest,IHCA)进行了心肺复苏,抢救成功率52.17%;对9例(28.12%)给予了紧急干预措施,未发生IHCA。与2015年同期抢救成功率(24.44%)相比有明显提高,IHCA事件发生率降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论院内一体化急救模式提高了ACLS的时效性和IHCA的抢救成功率,降低IHCA事件,保障患者安全。 Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of the new emergency system in hospital and enhance the rescue success rate of in-hospital cardiac arrest(IHCA). Methods Establishing an integrated rapid emergency system,including a hospital medical emergency team(MET),hospital emergency broadcast system,emergency equipment unified management and mobilization mechanism. The rescuing circumstances before and after the implementation of the new emergency system were analyzed. Results From January to December,2017,the Met group was launched32 times,and the arrival time for emergency team was(2.74±0.36) min. 23 cases(71.88%) of in-hospital cardiac arrest(IHCA) received cardiopulmonary resuscitations, and rescue success rate stood at 52.17%. In 9 cases(28.12%),emergency intervention measures were taken and IHCA was prevented. Compared with the rescue success rate(24.44%) in 2015,the IHCA rate decreased and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion The integrated emergency model in hospital improves the timeliness of ACLS and the success rate of IHCA,reduces the IHCA events,and protects patients' safety.
