咬合创伤大鼠模型中肌损伤蛋白含量的变化

摘要 目的:观察大鼠咬合创伤后咬肌肌酸激酶和乳酸脱氢酶含量的变化,探讨咬合创伤对咬肌组织的影响。方法:选用25只8周龄健康雄性SD大鼠,随机分为对照组(5只)和实验组(20只),实验组再分为4个亚组,即3d、7d、10d、14d组,每组5只大鼠。实验组用粘接剂将正畸不锈钢方丝粘固于左侧上颌第一磨牙牙合面,对照组不做任何处理。咬合创伤后3d、7d、10d、14d处死大鼠,通过全自动生化仪检测血清中肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的含量。结果:与对照组相比,咬合创伤7d后大鼠血清中CK、LDH含量显著升高(P<0.05),咬合创伤3d、10d、14d血清中CK、LDH含量没有显著改变(P>0.05)。结论:咬合创伤后大鼠血清中CK、LDH含量增高,但随着时间的延长,CK、LDH含量可逐渐恢复正常。 Objective:The changes of creatine kinase(CK)and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)in the masseter muscle after occlusal trauma were observed to investigate the effect of occlusal trauma on masseter muscle tissue.Methods:25 healthy 8-week-old male SD rats were randomly divided into control group(n=5)and experimental group(n=20).The experimental group was further divided into four subgroups,namely 3 d,7 d,10 dand 14 dgroups,with five rats in each group.In experimental group,metal-wire was attached to the left maxillary first molar by rein while the control group did not do any treatment.The rats were sacrificed at 3 d,7 d,10 d,14 dafter occlusion and the contents of CK and LDH in serum were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer.Results:Compared with the control group,the levels of CK and LDH in the serum of the rats were significantly increased after 7 days of occlusal trauma(P〈0.05),and the contents of CK and LDH in the serum of the occlusal trauma were not significantly changed at 3 d,10 d,and 14 d(P〉0.05).Conclusion:The contents of CK and LDH in the serum of rats increased after occlusal trauma,but with the prolongation of time,the contents of CK and LDH gradually returned to normal.
