低分子肝素对不稳定性心绞痛患者临床症状、心电图的影响

Effects of low molecular weight heparin on clinical symptoms and electrocardiogram in patients with unstable angina pectoris

目的分析低分子肝素对不稳定性心绞痛患者临床症状、心电图的影响。方法选取2011年1月-2015年1月间潍坊市临朐县第二人民医院收治的88例不稳定性心绞痛患者,随机分为观察组（n=46）和对照组（n=42）,对照组患者接受常规治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗基础上联合低分子肝素治疗,比较两组患者的临床症状及心电图改善情况。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为95.7%,明显高于对照组的71.4%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗后观察组患者心绞痛发作时间及频率、T波倒置度、T波倒置导联数、ST段下移程度均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论低分子肝素对不稳定性心绞痛有显著治疗效果,可有效减轻患者临床症状,改善心电图检查结果,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effects of low molecular weight heparin on clinical symptoms and electrocardiogram in patients with unstable angina pectoris. Methods From January 2011 to January 2015 in The Second People＇s Hospital of Linqu County,a total of 88 patients with unstable angina were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into the observation group（n=46） and the control group（n=42）. The patients in the control group received conventional treatment and those in the observation group accepted low molecular weight heparin treatment on the basis of conventional treatment. The clinical symptoms and electrocardiogram were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 95.7% in the observation group,which was significantly higher than that of the control group（71.4%）,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The onset time and frequency of angina pectoris,T wave inversion,T wave inversion lead number and ST segment descent were significantly lower in the observation group than those of the control group,with significant differnces（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin has a significant therapeutic effect on unstable angina pectoris,which can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms and improve the electrocardiogram results.
