动态心电图在老年心律失常患者中的临床诊断作用

Effects of clinical diagnosis of dynamic electrocardiogram in elderly patients with arrhythmia

目的探讨动态心电图在老年心律失常患者中的临床诊断效果。方法选取2013年11月-2014年11月河北省新乐市医院收治的80例老年心律失常患者,对患者应用动态心电图及常规心电图进行临床诊断,并对诊断结果进行分析。结果动态心电图的室性早搏、房性早搏、房速、室速、房室传导阻滞、室内传导阻滞、室上速的检出率明显高于常规心电图,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;但两组患者的房颤、窦性停搏及窦房传导阻滞检出率间差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论动态心电图相较于其他心电图检测其精准度更高,同时诊断方式也更为安全,能够为患者的临床治疗提供准确依据。

Objective To explore the effects of the clinical diagnosis of dynamic electrocardiogram in elderly patients with arrhythmia. Methods From November 2013 to November 2014 in Xinle Hospital,80 elderly arrhythmia patients were enrolled as the research object. Dynamic electrocardiogram and conventional electrocardiogram were applied for clinical diagnosis,and the diagnostic results were analyzed. Results Clinical diagnostic results showed atrial premature beat,ventricular premature beat,atrial tachycardia,ventricular tachycardia,atrioventricular block,intraventricular block and paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia detection rates of dynamic electrocardiogram were significantly higher than those of conventional electrocardiogram,with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. But there were no significant differences in atrial fibrillation,atrial fibrillation,sinus cardiac arrest and sinus block detection rates between the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Compared with conventional electrocardiogram,dynamic electrocardiogram has higher precision and the diagnosis way is also more secure,so it can provide accurate basis for clinical treatment of patients.
