多层螺旋CT在输卵管炎症伴积水中的诊断价值

Value analysis of multislice spiral CT in the diagnosis of salpingitis with hydrosalpinx

目的分析多层螺旋CT在输卵管炎症伴积水诊断中的价值。方法回顾分析我院2012年8月至2017年10月经手术和病理证实的21例输卵管炎症伴积水患者的多层螺旋CT诊断特征。结果 21例患者共诊断输卵管炎症伴积水18例,其中双侧输卵管积水5例,单侧输卵管积水13例,与病理结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。漏诊3例中,其中误诊为卵巢囊肿2例,合并输卵管系膜囊肿1例。结论输卵管炎症伴积水在多层螺旋CT上有一定的特征,多层螺旋CT对输卵管炎症伴积水有一定的诊断价值。

Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of multislice spiral CT in the diagnosis of salpingitis with hydrosalpinx. Methods Retrospective analysis from August 2012 to October 2017 of our hospital, confirmed by operation and pathology in 21 cases of salpingitis and hydrosalpinx with multi-slice spiral CT diagnostic features of patients. Results A total of 21 patients were diagnosed as salpingitis with hydrosalpinx,including 5 cases of bilateral hydrosalpinx and 13 cases of unilateral hydrosalpinx. Compared with pathological results, there were no significant differences between the two groups（P0.05）. Of the 3 cases of missed diagnosis, 2 cases were misdiagnosed as ovarian cyst and 1 cases were combined with tubal mesangial cyst. Conclusion Salpingitis with hydrosalpinx have certain characteristics on multislice spiral CT,The multislice spiral CT has certain diagnostic vafor the salpingitis with hydrosalpinx.
