超声检查在非哺乳期乳腺炎诊断中的应用价值

Value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of non-lactational mastitis

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对非哺乳期乳腺炎诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院近几年来57例非哺乳期乳腺炎的患者,采用Philips IPIQ7、Philips IU22彩色多普勒超声诊断仪进行检查,观察诊断效果。结果在57例患者中成功诊断肉芽肿性乳腺炎17例、浆细胞性乳腺炎26例、乳腺脓肿7例、慢性纤维性乳腺炎7例。结论在非哺乳期乳腺炎的诊断及鉴别诊断中,超声具有无创、实时等优点,可作为非哺乳期乳腺炎的诊断首选。

Objective To explore the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of non-lactational mastitis. Methods The clinical data of 57 patients with non-lactational mastitis, were retrospectively analyzed.Philips IPIQ7 and Philips IU22 color Doppler ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus were used for examination. Results All patients were diagnosed successfully, 17 cases of them with granulomatous mastitis, 26 with plasma cell mastitis, 7 with breast abscess and 7 with chronic fibrotic mastitis. Conclusion In the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of non lactating mastitis, ultrasound has the advantages of noninvasive and real-time, which can be used as the first choice for the diagnosis of non-lactational mastitis.
