孙一奎对《难经》命门学说的继承与发挥

命门学说是中医理论的重要内容,明代著名医家孙一奎在命门学说方面受《难经》影响颇深,提出肾间"命门动气说""命门-太极说"等观点。本文将从命门的位置、功能、属性及孙一奎对命门学说的临床应用四个方面结合《难经》原文进行探讨,阐述孙一奎对《难经》命门学说的继承与发挥,认为孙一奎基本沿袭了《难经》的学术思想,并融合各家学说,取长补短,阐释与完善了命门学说,起到承前启后的作用。

Vital gate theory, is one of the significant parts in traditional Chinese medicine （ TCM ）. In tenns of vital gate, Sun Yikui, a well-known TCM doctor in Ming dynasty, was deeply influenced by Classic. of Questioning. Theretore, he proposed sev-eral views like： vital gate with energy, qi, vital gate and Tai Chi, et al. This paper elaborated Sun Yikui＇ s inheritance and development to the vital gate theory of Classic of Questioning, combining the discussion on the text of Classic of Questioning in the aspects of vital gate＇ s location, tunction, nature and clinical application. It was believed that Sun Yikui inherited the theory of Classic of Questioning essentially. Besides, he also integrated ditterent schools and accepted the good ones to interpret and modify, vital gate theory which has inherited the past and ushered in the tuture.
