脾虚证大鼠模型的制备方法研究进展及评价

Research progress and evaluation in rat model of spleen deficiency syndrome

中医证候动物模型广泛应用到病证结合的实验研究中,动物模型的正确复制是实验能否成功以及结果是否客观科学的重要前提与关键因素。目前对于脾虚证造模的方法有单因素如药物致泻、劳倦过度、饮食不节、慢性束缚等,但绝大多数实验以复合因素进行干预造模。造模方法很多,但模型的稳定性、标准化仍值得研究,模型的评价缺乏统一的、客观的量化标准。

Animal models of TCM syndromes are widely applied to the experimental study of combination of disease and syndrome. The ton＇cot reproduction of animal models is an important prerequisite and key factor for the success of the experiment and whether the results are objective or scientific. There were single tactors for spleen deficiency syndrome models such as drug induced diarrhea, overstrain, improper diet, chronic restraint, but most of the experiments were conducted by compound tactors. There were many modeling methods, but the stability and standardization of the model are still worth studying, and the evaluation of the model lacks unified and objective quantitative standard.
