中成药对PCOS病人行体外受精-胚胎移植中的效果研究

THE STUDY OF PROPRIETARY CHINESE MEDICINE ON CLINICAO OUTCOME IN IVF-ET OF PCOS

目的:研究坤泰胶囊对多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)不孕症病人行体外受精胚胎移植(in vitro fertilization embryo transfer,IVF-ET)的内分泌调节和促排卵方面的作用。方法:前瞻性研究120例行IVF-ET的PCOS不孕症病人,方案一共60例,分组1与组2两组,其中组1为常规长方案30例,组2为坤泰胶囊联合常规长方案30例;方案二共60例,分组3与组4两组,其中组3为常规拮抗剂方案30例,组4为坤泰胶囊联合拮抗剂方案30例。比较各组间实验室和临床妊娠结局。结果:组1与组2、组3与组4基础内分泌FSH、LH、E2、T和PPL无显著性差异(P>0.05);组1与组2之间比较,组2在获卵数、优质胚胎数上明显高于组1(P<0.05);方案二两组比较,组4获卵数和优胚数显著高于组3。结论:坤泰胶囊对于行IVF-ET的PCOS病人行内分泌调节,在内膜准备、排卵效果及妊娠率上具有积极的作用,是一种可供选择的促排卵辅助药物。

Objective ： To observe the effect of kuntai capsule （ KC） on clinical outcom in in vitro fertilization-embryo transler（IVF-ET） of polycystic ovary syndrome infertility patients. Methods： Totally 120 PCOS patients preparing for IVF-ET were assigned to 2 projects,60 cases in each project, the patients of each project were randomly assigned to observation group and the control group,30 cases in each group.Long program were administered in Group 1 ,Long program and KC were administered in group 2 ; Agonist program were administered in Group 3, Agonist program and KC were administered in Group 4,The clinical outcome among 4 group were compared.Results：There was not significant difference in the value of FSH,LH,E2 ,T and PPL between group 1 and 2,group 3 and 4.The number of oocyte and good quality embryos in group 2 and 4 were significantly higher than those in the group 1 and 3. Conclusion ：KC can improve the rate of pregnancy of PCOS patients in IVF-ET cycle. It can play a positive role in a selection of auxiliary stimulate ovulation drugs.
