补肾活血法联合血液透析治疗慢性肾衰竭疗效及对血清MCP-1、AngⅡ水平的影响

Curative effect of Bushen Huoxue therapy combined with hemodialysis on chronic renal failure and its effect on serum MCP-1 and ANGⅡ

目的探究补肾活血法联合血液透析治疗慢性肾衰竭疗效及对血清单核细胞趋化蛋白1(MCP-1)、血管紧张素(Ang)Ⅱ水平的影响。方法将84例慢性肾衰竭患者随机分为2组,对照组42例给予血液透析治疗,研究组42例给予补肾活血法联合血液透析治疗,2组均持续治疗3个月。观察2组治疗前后中医临床症状积分、肾功能指标以及MCP-1、AngⅡ水平变化情况,比较2组临床疗效。结果治疗后,2组中医临床症状积分及肌酐(SCr)、尿素氮(BUN)、MCP-1、AngⅡ水平均较治疗前显著降低(P均<0.05),肌酐清除率(Ccr)均较治疗前显著升高(P均<0.05),研究组上述指标改善程度均显著高于对照组(P均<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补肾活血法联合血液透析治疗慢性肾衰竭疗效显著,能延缓疾病进展。

Objective It is to observe the curative effect of Bushen Huoxue therapy combined with hemodialysis on chronic renal failure and its effect on serum monocyte chemoattractant protein（MCP）-1 and angiotensin（Ang） Ⅱ levels.Methods 84 cases of patients with chronic renal failure were randomly divided into two groups：42 cases in the control group were given hemodialysis treatment;42 cases in the study group were given Bushen Huoxue therapy combined with hemodialysis treatment,the two groups were treated for 3 months.The changes of TCM clinical symptom scores and the levels of renal function indexes,serum MCP-1 and AngⅡ levels before and after treatment were observed and the curative effects were compared in the two groups.Results After treatment,TCM clinical symptom scores,the levels of creatinine（SCr）and urea nitrogen（BUN）,serum MCP-1 and AngⅡwere significantly decreased（P0.05）,while creatinine clearance rate（Ccr） was significantly increased in the two groups（P0.05）,the improvements of the indexes in the study group were significantly better than that in the control group（P0.05）.The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Bushen Huoxue therapy combined with hemodialysis is effective in the treatment of patients with chronic renal failure,and can delay disease progression.
