斑马鱼模型在心血管疾病中药筛选和机制研究中的应用

Application of Zebrafish Model in TCM Screening in Cardiovascular Diseases and Mechanism Research

斑马鱼是目前生命科学研究中重要的模式脊椎动物之一,既有与哺乳动物类似的生理生化特征,又有高效、快速、大规模的优势。中药活性成分复杂且作用靶点多样,斑马鱼模型在中医药研究中的应用日益广泛。本文从血管新生、心肌损伤、高脂血症及心血管毒性等方面,综述斑马鱼模型在心血管疾病中药筛选及作用机制研究中的应用现状。

Zebrafish is one of the important model vertebrates in the study of life science at present. It has similar physiological and biochemical characteristics to mammals, and has the advantages of high efficiency, rapidness and largescale. TCM has complex active ingredients and various targets, so the application of zebrafish model in TCM research is increasingly wide. This article reviewed the application status of zebrafish model in TCM screening cardiovascular diseases and mechanism research from the aspects of angiogenesis, myocardial injury, hyperlipidemia, and cardiovascular toxicity.
