红景天苷心脏保护药理作用的研究进展

红景天苷药物可有效促进心肌细胞肌浆网钙离子的释放,加强患者心肌收缩力,此外还可有效上调肌浆网钙泵的表达,下调钙调神经磷酸酶的表达,促进钙离子于肌浆网中返回,避免在钙超载的情况下患者出现心肌损伤,从而有效改善患者的心功能。本文主要针对红景天苷对心脏进行保护过程中发挥的药理作用加以研究,探讨红景天苷药物的应用价值。

Salidroside can effectively promote the release of sarcoplasmic reticulum Ca2＋ in cardiomyocytes, enhance the myocardial contractility. And It can also increase the expression of sarcoplasmic reticulum calcium pump, downregulate the expression of calcineurin, promote calcium returned from sarcoplasmic reticulum, avoid myocardial injury caused by calcium overload, thereby effectively improve the patient＇s heart function. In this paper, the pharmacological effects of salidroside on the protection of the heart are studied, and the application values of salidroside are discussed.
