益生菌降血脂作用及机制研究进展

Research progress in hypolipidemic and mechanism of probiotics

血脂异常会引发心血管疾病和一系列代谢综合征,对人体健康造成极大伤害。目前主要采用他汀类和贝特类药物治疗高血脂症,但副作用大、价格高。而益生菌已被证明具有调节血脂代谢、预防心血管疾病等多种有益功效,受到许多相关研究人员的关注,有望成为辅助传统药物或预防高血脂症的优选方案。本文综述了最近几年益生菌降血脂的作用及机制的研究进展,以期为更深入的研究拓宽思路,为进一步开发降血脂功能性食品提供参考。

Dyslipidemia can cause cardiovascular disease and a series of metabolic syndrome,causing great harm to human health. At present,statins and fibrates are mainly used to treat hyperlipidemia,but the side effects are large and the price is high. Probiotics have been proved to have a variety of beneficial effects,such as regulating blood lipid metabolism,preventing cardiovascular disease and so on. Many researchers have paid close attention to probiotics,which is expected to be an optimal option to assist traditional medicine or prevent hyperlipidemia. In this paper,the recent advances in the researches on the effects and mechanisms of probiotics in reducing blood lipids were reviewed,in order to broaden the research ideas and provide references for the further development of functional foods for reducing blood lipids.
