基于盘古工业互联网平台的微波器件精益制造执行系统的研究

摘要 微波器件的快速发展使得无线通讯的频段逐步提高,然而传统的机械制造模式加工周期长、成本高、工艺复杂,甚至难以成形。微波器件属于典型的离散型制造模式,为了对其生产过程进行有效管理和控制,提高生产质量和效率,本研究将盘古(Pangoo)工业互联网平台应用到微波器件的生产制造中,并且提出了微波器件的精益制造执行系统(LMES)的建设方案。研究表明,该方案能够加强企业的生产流程再造,缩短生产周期、加快交付速度、提升产品质量、降低生产成本,进而更好地进行竞争和占领更多的市场份额。 The rapid development of microwave devices has gradually increased the frequency band of wireless communication. However,the traditional mechanical manufacturing mode has a long processing cycle,high cost,complicated process,and even difficulty in forming. Microwave device is a typical discrete manufacturing mode. In order to effectively manage and control the production process and improve production quality and efficiency,this study applies the Pangoo Industrial Internet platform to the production of microwave device,and the construction scheme of lean manufacturing execution system(LMES) for microwave device was proposed. Research showed that this solution can strengthen the company's production process reengineering,shorten the production cycle,speed up delivery,improve product quality,reduce production costs,and thus better compete and occupy more market share.
