摘要
针对矿井生产中输送带纵向撕裂事故的易发性,使用机器视觉方式设计一套自动的事故检测系统。利用工业CCD相机对输送带的实时情况进行采集,下位机PC处理平台对输送带图像进行撕裂识别和检测,下位机与报警及输送机控制装置相连,可实现事故时对输送机工况的及时控制。
In view of the susceptibility of longitudinal tearing of conveyor belts in mine production,machine vision was used to design an automatic accident detection system. Industrial CCD camera is used to collect the real-time conditions of the conveyor belt. The lower PC PC processing platform performs tear detection and detection of the conveyor belt image. The lower position machine is connected to the alarm and conveyor control device,which can realize the timely control of conveyor when accident occurs.
