热镀锌带钢干燥器的流场分析与结构改进

摘要 带钢干燥器在连续热镀锌带钢的生产中有重要应用。针对喷管单侧进气的传统干燥器(结构A)和喷管中间进气的改进干燥器(结构B),应用Realizable模型对二者内部流场进行了数值模拟分析。结果表明,结构A和结构B中喷缝流出气流速度的不断削弱会造成干燥箱内气流宏观的横向移动,其移动方向与喷管内速度衰减方向一致;较于结构A,结构B干燥箱内流场对称性有所改善,但能耗增加近31.0%,前端出口流量增加近12.9%. The strip steel dryer plays an important role in the production of continuous hot-dip galvanized strip steel. By employing the Realizable model,the internal flow field for two types of dryers with side-intake mode(structure A)and middle-intake mode(structure B)is simulated respectively. The results indicate that with the decrease of the outflow velocity at spray slot in structure A and structure B,it causes the macroscopic lateral movement of the airflow in the drying box,and the movement direction is consistent with the velocity attenuation in the spray nozzle. Comparing with structure A,the flow field symmetry of drying box of structure B has been improved. However,the energy consumption has increased by nearly 31.0%,and the volume flow of the front outlet has increased by nearly 12.9%.
