摘要 本文通过数值模拟与实验相结合的方法,对切向槽式离心喷嘴的雾化特性(雾化颗粒尺寸和雾化锥角)进行了研究,按照喷口孔径和切向槽槽宽两个几何参数一共设计了9种喷嘴。综合以上两个几何参数对实际运用的影响作用判断,选择一个最优参数的喷嘴。 In this paper,the atomization characteristics(atomizing particle size and spray cone angle)of tangential slot centrifugal nozzle were studied by numerical simulation and experiment. Nine kinds of nozzles were designed according to the nozzle aperture and the width of tangential slot width. The effect of the above two geometric parameters on the practical application was judged,and the nozzle with an optimal parameter was selected.
