摘要
介绍了基于PLC设计的微型折弯机自动控制系统。阐述了系统I/O分布图和电路控制图,以及其工作过程,得出了相关实验结果。设计完成后,实现了自动控制,提高了工作效率,减轻了操作负荷。
The automatic control system of miniature bending machine is designed based on PLC. In this paper,the system I/O wiring diagram and circuit control diagram are given,and the working process of the system is described,and the relevant experimental results are obtained. After the transformation is completed,the automatic control is realized,the working efficiency is improved,and the operating load is reduced.
