摘要 通过有限元软件ABAQUS6.13建立对奥氏体不锈钢(0Cr18Ni9)的正交切削仿真模型,并对其进行二维有限元仿真。分析不锈钢在切削加工过程中应力分布,通过改变刀具前角、切削速度以及进给量对切削力的影响规律,为今后研究不锈钢的切削加工及其切削机理提供参考依据。 The orthogonal cutting simulation model of the austenitic stainless steel(0 Cr18 Ni9) was established by the finite element software ABAQUS6.13 and the two-dimensional finite element simulation was carried out. The distribution of stress field and the change of equivalent stress with time in the process of cutting were investigated.The influence of the tool rake angle,cutting speed and feed rate on the cutting force was studied. The future research on the cutting process and cutting mechanism of stainless steel provides a reference basis.
