分析了职业能力三要素之间的关系和职业素养在人的职业生涯中的重要作用及我国职业人才培养现状,给出了职业素养训练养成方案,通过多个应用案例,验证了该训练方案养成的具体效果是良好的,并对不足之处提出改进设想。

In this paper,it analyses the relationship among the three key elements of Professional competence,and the important role of the professional quality in people＇s career,as well as the current situation of personnel training in China.It defines the professional quality training scheme,of which the specific effects and defects are proven by multiple applicable cases,and propose the improvement assumption.
