摘要
面向功率半导体器件测试系统内部脉冲电流测量线圈的性能参数验证,采用二阶非振荡电路原理,分析得出了负载电阻、调波电感、储能电容对脉冲电流测量线圈试验验证平台波形的影响规律,研建的脉冲电流测量线圈试验验证平台上升时间2.6μs、下降时间35μs、电流幅度3000A,电流幅度技术指标优于±2%.
For the verification of the performance parameters of the pulse current measurement coil inside the power semiconductor device test system,the second-order non-oscillatory circuit principle was used to analyze the influence of the load resistance,the tuning inductance,and the storage capacitor on the waveform of the pulse current measurement coil test verification platform. The pulse current measurement coil built in the test has been tested to verify that the rise time of the platform is 2.6μs,the fall time is 35μs,and the current amplitude is 3000 A.The current amplitude specification is better than ±2%.
