摘要
发动机装配需要采用托盘进行翻转、定位,托盘设计好坏直接影响发动机装配线生产。托盘设计需重点考虑耐用性及易于维护两个性能,通过对传统托盘使用过程所出现的手柄断裂、接触部位磨损、定位失效等问题进行原因分析,并对发动机生产过程滴落在托盘上的油污难清洁的问题,对托盘的结构设计进行了优化,提升托盘的耐用性及易于维护性。
Engine assembly needs using the tray to overturn,positioning,tray design quality directly affect the efficiency of engine assembly line. Tray design needs to consider two performance durability and easy maintenance,this article cited material selection and structure design of the tray four structure(base,locking mechanism,columns,into the exhaust flip stents)as examples to demonstrated the tray durable and easy to maintain core.
