Shao Guan Raytheon secondary radar has been operating for more than 15 years since installation. The equipment gradually deteriorated. In 2016,the pedestal failure occurred,causing the antenna to stop rotating and the radar signal was interrupted. This article analyzes the possible reason of failures,describes the troubleshooting process in detail,and provides some reference for solving similar failures.
