Cause Analysis and Countermeasures of Hidden Failures in 220kV Transformer Substations

针对220千伏变电站的隐形故障,经分析指出其主要原因有调试工作不完善、维护方案和执行方案不完善和继电保护设备故障等,由此提出了完善调试的前期工作、提高工作人员调试水平、加强调试方案的执行力度、重视整体调试的状态设置的具体解决对策。

This paper aims at the hidden failures of 220 k V transformer substations,and points out that the main reasons are imperfection of substation debugging,maintenance schemes and execution schemes and failures of relay protection equipment,and puts forward specific solutions that perfecting the preliminary work of debugging,improving the debugging level of staff,strengthening the execution of the debugging scheme and attaching importance to state settings for overall debugging.
