甜羊奶果扦插研究简报

Study on Cuttage of Elaeagnus conferta Roxb.

从不同扦插基质、不同采条母树龄两个方面初步研究了甜羊奶果扦插繁殖方法。结果表明:4种基质中,基质4红土+腐殖土(体积比=1:3)是最适合甜羊奶果扦插的,采用其扦插的的甜羊奶果平均生根率最高,平均根长最长,平均生根数仅次于基质2,分别达77.5%、3.79cm、3.28条,基质1河沙扦插的甜羊奶果生长表现最差;不同年龄母树采条扦插中,母树龄5a的插条的平均生根率、根长、根数比8a、15a的更高,分别为76.67%、3.75cm、3.76条,但母树龄5a与8a的插条的平均生根率、根长、根数差异不显著,母树龄5a与15a的插条的平均生根率、根数差异极显著,平均根长差异显著。

The propagation methods of Elaeagnus conferta were preliminarily studied from two aspects： different cutting media and different age of mother tree.. The results showed that 4 kinds of matfix, matrix 4 （laterite ＋ humus （volume ratio =1：3）） is the most suitable for the cutting ofE/aeagnus conferta. In matrix 4,the average rooting rate was the highest and the average root length is the longest and the average rooting number is second only to the matrix 2（humus ＋ fiver sand （volume ratio =2：1））,up to 77.5%, 3.79 cmand 3.28 roots respectively, matrix 1 （fiver sand） had the worst growth performance ofElaeagnus conferta. Cuttings of different age mothers, The average roofing rate of cuttings of 5 years old of mother tree was higher than that of 8 and 15 years of age of mother tree. the average roofing rate, average root length, average root number of the mother tree age 5 were higher than that of the mother tree age 8 and 15.up to 76.67%,3.75% and 3.76roots respectively.However, the average rooting rate, average root length and average root number of cuttings of 5 and 8 years of age were not significantly different. The average rooting rate and root number of cuttings at 5 and 15 years of age of mother trees were significantly different, the average root length difference was significant.
