摘要
轻集料混凝土因其低密度、可降低建筑自重、提高比强度等优异性能,被广泛应用于高层建筑主体结构施工。笔者结合我国当前河砂资源日益匮乏的现状,探究一种利用高石粉含量机制砂制备C50轻集料混凝土的方案,系统地研究了不同矿物掺合料对轻集料混凝土工作性能、力学性能的影响。并通过快冻法验证了该轻集料混凝土经300次冻融循环后依然具有良好的力学性能。
Lightweight aggregate concrete is widely used in the construction of main structure of high-rise buildings because of its low bulk density and its ability of weight reducing and strength ratio improvement of the buildings.In this paper,combining with the current scarcity of river sand resources in China,a new program of preparing C50 lightweight aggregate concrete with high-mechanical-content sands was explored.And the work performance and mechanical properties of light aggregate concrete with different mineral admixtures were systematically analyzed.Moreover,the quick freezing experiment was conducted.The results showed that lightweight aggregate concrete still had good mechanical performance after 300 freeze-thaw cycles.
