摘要 目的利用磁共振扫描的方法对精神分裂症幻听患者全脑白质结构变化展开系统的研究。方法对30位精神分裂症幻听患者(患者组)及健康对照(对照组)借助(西门子)3.0 T磁共振进行DTI序列头部扫描,基于TBSS方法对两组受试者的全脑DTI的FA图进行分析,对求解得出的FA图像数据基于PRT统计学方法进行对比分析。结果研究组大脑的左侧额叶、左侧内囊前肢、左侧外囊FA值低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组全脑白质FA值与对照组比较,并未显示出增高区域。结论左侧钩束、下额-枕束及左侧丘脑前区的脑白质纤维损伤是引起左侧额叶与左侧丘脑、左枕颞区的脑白质纤维连接异常的主要原因,研究结论可以作为精神分裂患者幻听疾病的诊断依据。 Objective A magnetic resonance scanning method was used to systematically study the changes of white matter structure in patients with schizophrenia auditory hallucination. Methods TTI sequence head scans were performed on 30 patients with schizophrenia auditory hallucination( patient group) and normal controls( control group) with( Siemens) 3.0 T magnetic resonance. The FA map of whole brain DTI for both groups based on TBSS method is analyzed,and the FA image data was conducted a contrastive analysis based on the PRT statistical method. Results The FA value of the left frontal lobe,anterior limb of left internal capsule and left external capsule of the study group was lower than that of the control group( P 〈 0. 05). The FA value of the whole brain white matter in the study group did not show an increased area compared with the control group.Conclusion The fiber damage of white matter of the left fasciculus uncinatus,the left IFOF,and the left anterior thalamus are the main causes of anomalous connection abnormal white matter fibers in the left frontal lobe and the left thalamus and left occipitotemporal region. The research conclusions can be used as a diagnostic basis for auditory hallucination in patients with schizophrenia.
