结构化综合干预对康复期双相障碍患者自知力和家庭功能的影响

The influence of the structured comprehensiveinterventions on the self-awareness and family function of patients with bipolar disorder during their convalescence

目的结构化的综合干预模式对康复期双相障碍患者预后的影响。方法将89例康复期双相障碍患者分为研究组和对照组。对照组45例,单独使用药物治疗;试验组44例,在药物治疗的基础上结合结构化的综合干预治疗。两组分别在入组时及治疗后3个月进行家庭功能(FAD)及自知力和治疗态度问卷(ITAQ)的评定。结果试验组在3个月随访时,FAD问题解决分量表及沟通分量表评分较治疗前降低(P<0.05),ITAQ评分较治疗前升高(P<0.05)。试验组在3个月随访时,FAD问题解决分量表及沟通分量表评分低于对照组(P<0.05),ITAQ评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论结构化的综合干预模式可提高康复期双相障碍患者的自知力,改善家庭功能。

Objective To explore the prognostic impacts of structured comprehensive interventions on patients with bipolar disorder during their convalescence. Methods 89 patients with bipolar disorder during convalescence were divided into study group and control group. In the control group,45 patients were treated with drugs alone; 44 patients in the study group were treated with drug therapy combining with structured comprehensive intervention therapy. Family function（ FAD）,self-awareness and treatment attitude questionnaire（ ITAQ） were assessed at both enrollment and 3 months post-treatment. Results At the 3-month follow-up,the FAD problem-solving subscale and communication subscale scores were lower than before treatment（ P 〈0. 05）,and the ITAQ scores were higher than before treatment（ P 〈 0. 05）. The FAD problem-solving subscale and communication subscale scores were lower than that of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）,and the ITAQ score was higher than that of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The structured comprehensive interventions can effectively improve patients’ selfawareness and family function.
