摘要 目的探索Seminar联合CBL教学模式在眼科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法将97名在附属盛京医院眼科进行规范化培训的医师分为观察组48人(Seminar联合CBL教学模式)和对照组49人(临床实习教学模式),对比两组学生出科时的理论成绩和技能成绩。结果实验组的病例分析、理论考试成绩和技能考核成绩高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Seminar联合CBL教学模式优于传统教学模式,可提升学生的学习效果和综合能力,值得在眼科住院医师规范化培训中进一步推广应用。 Objective To investigate the efficacy of applying Seminar combined with CBL teaching method in the teaching of ophthalmology teaching for standardized training of resident physicians. Methods Totally 97 standardized-training of resident physicians in department of ophthalmology, Shengjing Hospital were randomly divided into 48 people in observation group(Seminar combined with CBL teaching mode group) and 49 people in control group(clinical practice teaching mode group). The theoretical results and clinical skills results of different groups were compared. Results The results of case analysis, theoretical examination and skill examination in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The effect of application of Seminar combined with CBL teaching mode is better than the traditional teaching mode,which can improve the students, learning effect and comprehensive ability, worthy to be popularized and applied in the teaching of ophthalmology standardized training of resident physicians.
