Delphi法在构建肺部肿瘤患者术后护理质量指标中的应用研究

Application of Delphi method in building up postoperative nursing quality indicators for patients with lung cancer

目的根据护理质量评价标准专科化、具体化的理念,运用Delphi专家函询法构建肺部肿瘤患者术后护理质量指标。方法运用文献检索法、访谈咨询法拟定肺部肿瘤患者术后护理终末质量指标的条目与公式涵义。运用Delphi专家函询法对国内的26名护理管理/质控专家以及肺部肿瘤护理专家进行两轮问卷函询。根据专家函询建议最终确定肺部肿瘤患者术后护理质量指标及权重。结果两轮函询的问卷回收率分别为90.00%和96.30%,函询专家权威系数为0.880,协调系数为0.36。最终形成的肺部肿瘤患者术后护理质量指标包括7项一级指标和34项二级指标,其中,一级指标分别为疼痛控制、管路护理、营养支持、肺部康复、基础护理、并发症护理以及满意度相关性指标。结论构建肺部肿瘤患者术后护理质量指标可为肺部肿瘤患者术后的护理质量管理工作提供专科化,可量化的参考依据。

Objective According to the specialized and specific concept of the standard of nursing quality evaluation,to build up postoperative nursing quality indicators for patients with lung cancer using Delphi expert correspondence method and to provides a reference for the research in the field of lung cancer. Methods Quality indicators of nursing postoperatively for patients with lung cancer was drafted after literature review and preliminary consultation. 26 nursing experts participated in questionnaire survey using Delphi method. Contents and weights of quality indicators of nursing postoperatively in patients with lung cancer was established according experts＇ advices. Results The rate of expert response was 90.00% and 96. 30% in two round consultations. The coefficient of authority is 0. 880,the coefficient of coordination is 0.36. Finally,quality indicators of nursing postoperatively in patients with lung cancer consists of 7 indicators on level 1 and 34 indicators on leve2. 7 indicators on level 1 are pain control,pipeline care,nutrition support,lung rehabilitation,basic nursing,complication nursing,and the correlation index of satisfaction. Conclusion Building up quality indicators of nursing postoperatively in patients with lung cancer could provide specialized and quantifiable reference for nursing quality management in department of lung cancer.
