艾灸辅助治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的文献分析

Literature analysis of moxibustion in adjuvant treatment of chronic superficial gastritis

目的了解我国传统中医护理技术艾灸辅助治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的研究现状,分析其存在的问题,为今后的临床护理工作提供依据。方法以"艾灸"、"隔姜灸"、"灸法"、"灸"、"雷火灸"、"温和灸"、"隔物灸"和"慢性胃炎"、"慢性浅表性胃炎"、"胃脘痛"、"痞满"等为主题词,检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普数据库(VIP)及中国生物医学数据库(CBM)收录的相关文献,采用End Note X3软件查重,采用Excel软件进行统计分析。结果共检索出35篇有效文献;研究均证实艾灸疗法能辅助治疗慢性浅表性胃炎,缓解其相关症状;有18篇文献对慢性浅表性胃炎进行的症候分型,其中14篇干预症型为脾胃虚寒型、4篇干预症型为脾胃虚弱型;35篇文献中艾灸在穴位选择、艾灸方式、是否隔物、艾灸时间、疗程、随访及评价指标等方面缺乏统一标准;文献质量一般,未达到循证要求。结论艾灸能一定程度上辅助治疗慢性浅表性胃炎,缓解相关症状,但在文献质量及艾灸疗法标准化研究方面仍需进行更为深入的研宄。

Objective To investigate the current status by statistical analysis of clinical observation studies on mobilization treatment of chronic superficial gastritis in order to provide references for its further clinical development. Methods Computer retrieved the Chinese knowledge resources database which is China national knowledge infrastructure（CNKI）,VIP Chinese journal full text database（VIP）,Wanfang data resource system（WF）,and Chinese biomedical literature database（CBM）. which are given priorities to keywords,such as ＂ Moxibustion ＂, ＂ Ginger moxibustion ＂, ＂ Thunder-fire moxibustion＂, ＂ Mild moxibustion＂, ＂ Indirect moxibustion＂ and ＂ Chronic gastritis＂, ＂ Chronic superficial gastritis＂, ＂ Stomachache＂ and ＂ Fullness＂ for the search terms for content retrieval. Using End Note X3 software to check duplication,Input excel and to establish a database for statistical analysis. Results There were 35 studies of clinical observation reference on mobilization treatment of chronic superficial gastritis were collected. All of which confirmed that moxibustion therapy can help treat chronic superficial gastritis. There are 18 studies on the classification of symptoms of chronic superficial gastritis. 14 of the studies were spleen-stomach vacuity cold type,and 4 of the articles were spleen-stomach weakness. The results showed that the 35 studies had some short comings,including lack uniform standards for moxibustion pattern,acupoint selection,whether it is separated moxibustion,moxibustion time,course of treatment,follow-up,and evaluation indicators. The quality of the literatures are general,and evidence-based requirements have not been met. Conclusions Moxibustion showed significant clinical effect on chronic superficial gastritis,However,more in-depth research is still needed on the quality of literature and the standardization of moxibustion therapy.
