Several Problems to be Grasped in Establishing Long-term Care Insurance System

长期照护保险尽管试点取得了长足的进步,但由于缺乏对国际经验和国情把握,仍存在先天不足和后天失调的问题,本文从长期照护保障制度的作用、地位、目标、设计、评估和管理等方面予以把握,以期对长期照护保险发展有所裨益。

Although the pilot project of long-term care insurance has made considerable progress, due to the lack of international experience and national conditions, there are still congenital deficiencies and acquired imbalance. This paper grasps the role, status, objectives, design, evaluation and management of long-term care insurance system in order to promote the development of long-term care insurance.
