肛肠外科围手术期抗生素应用情况的调查研究

Investigation on application of antibiotics in perioperative period in anorectal surgery

目的:探讨肛肠外科围手术期抗生素应用情况。方法:选择肛肠外科手术治疗患者100例,回顾性分析其临床资料。结果:围手术期应用抗生素6类,共26种,使用率100%。使用的频率与应用的例次主要以喹诺酮类为主,其次为头孢菌素类等。同时抽样分析得出患者不合理用药现象4例(4%),其原因主要为疗程过长且用药量过大。结论:虽然在肛肠外科围手术期给予患者应用抗生素为合理行为,但医务人员以及护理人员还需合理使用药物并接受有效监督。

Objective：To explore the application of antibiotics in perioperative period in anorectal surgery.Methods：100 patients with surgical treatment in anorectal surgery were selected and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results：In the perioperative period,there were 26 kinds of antibiotics in 6 categories,and the utilization rate was 100%,the frequency and application cases were mainly quinolones,followed by cephalosporins and so on.At the same time,sampling analysis showed that 4 patients（4%） had irrational drug use,the main reasons were too long course of treatment and excessive dosage.Conclusion：Although the application of antibiotics for patients with surgical treatment in anorectal surgery was reasonable,however,medical personnel and nursing staff need to use drugs reasonably and effectively supervise them.
