超声引导椎旁阻滞麻醉在经皮肾镜碎石术中的应用效果

Application of ultrasound-guided paravertebral block anesthesia in percutaneous nephrolithotomy

目的:探讨超声引导椎旁阻滞麻醉在经皮肾镜碎石术中的应用效果。方法:收治经皮肾镜碎石术患者90例,对照组用腰硬联合麻醉,观察组进行超声引导椎旁阻滞麻醉。观察两组麻醉效果。结果:观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,观察组MAP和血氧饱和度水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组麻醉操作时间、起效时间、麻醉维持时间优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:超声引导椎旁阻滞麻醉在经皮肾镜碎石术中的效果确切,可更好维持血流动力学稳定,减少术后不良反应,麻醉镇静效果好,可缩短操作和起效时间,延长麻醉维持时间。

BObjective：To investigate the effect of ultrasound guided paravertebral block anesthesia in percutaneous nephrolithotomy.Methods：90 patients with percutaneous nephrolithotomy were selected.The control group were treated with combined spinal epidural anesthesia,and the observation group underwent ultrasound guided paravertebral block anesthesia.Results：The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.After intervention,the levels of MAP and blood oxygen saturation in the observation group were better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.The operation time,onset time and maintenance time of anesthesia in the observation group were better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of ultrasound guided paravertebral block anesthesia in the anaesthesia of percutaneous nephrolithotomy can better maintain the stability of the hemodynamics,reduce the postoperative adverse reaction,improve the sedative effect,shorten the operation time and prolong the time of the anesthesia maintenance.
