经皮肾镜取石术治疗肾结石围手术期并发症的危险因素临床研究

Clinical study on risk factors for perioperative complications of percutaneous nephrolithotomy on renal calculi

目的:探讨经皮肾镜取石术治疗肾结石围手术期并发症的危险因素。方法:收治经皮肾镜取石术治疗患者258例,分析并发症类型。结果:并发症为疼痛、血尿以及反复尿路感染。危险因素包括高龄、反复尿路感染、既往经皮肾镜取石术史、鹿角形肾结石、高血压糖尿病疾病、手术操作时间、手术通道等。结论:判定经皮肾镜取石术治疗肾结石围手术期并发症的危险因素和手术并发症之间的联系,以证手术期间操作的严谨性,提升对患者的救治安全。

Objective：To investigate the risk factors for perioperative complications of percutaneous nephrolithotomy in the treatment of renal calculi.Methods：258 cases of renal calculi treated by percutaneous lithotripsy were analyzed.Results：The symptoms were pain,hematuria and recurrent urinary tract infection.The risk factors included age,recurrent urinary tract infection,history of previous percutaneous nephrolithotomy,staghorn kidney stone,hypertension,diabetes,operation time,and surgical channel.Conclusion：The risk factors of perioperative complications of percutaneous nephrolithotomy for renal calculi were studied,and the relationship between risk factors and operative complications was determined.The aim is to ensure strict operation during operation and to take full consideration of risk factors and enhance safety for patients.
