蓝光照射治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的应用与效果探析

Application and effect of blue light irradiation in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia

目的:探讨蓝光照射治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的效果。方法:收治新生儿高胆红素血症患儿90例,分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用持续模式下蓝光照射治疗,观察组采用间歇模式下蓝光照射治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组新生儿高胆红素血症改善率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组每天降低的胆红素水平、黄疸症状消退时间、患儿住院治疗时间和不良事件发生率优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组不同状态胆红素监测值优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:间歇模式下蓝光照射治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的应用效果确切,可提高治疗效果和治疗的安全性。

Objective：To explore the effect of blue light irradiation in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.Methods：90 neonates with hyperbilirubinemia were selected,they were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with continuous blue light irradiation,the observation group was treated with intermittent blue light irradiation,we compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results：The improvement rate of hyperbilirubinemia in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.In the observation group,the daily reduced bilirubin levels,the withdrawal time of jaundice symptoms,the time of hospitalization and the incidence of adverse events were lower than the control group（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the monitoring value of bilirubin in different states in the observation group was better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Intermittent blue light irradiation was effective in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia,and it can improve the efficacy and safety of treatment.
