后路经椎间盘入路治疗创伤性陈旧性脊柱骨折后凸畸形效果及对患者Cobb's角影响观察

Effect of posterior approach through intervertebral disc approach in the treatment of traumatic old spinal fracture kyphosis and its effect on Cobb's angle

目的:探讨采用后路经椎间盘入路治疗创伤性陈旧性脊柱骨折后凸畸形的临床效果。方法:收治创伤性陈旧性脊柱骨折后凸畸形患者70例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用前路椎体撑开术治疗,观察组采用后路经椎间盘入路手术治疗。对比两组疗效。结果:治疗后,与对照组比较,观察组的椎体压缩百分比和Cobb's角均改善明显(P<0.05)。同时,与对照组比较,观察组的并发症发生率低(P<0.05)。结论:创伤性陈旧性脊柱骨折后凸畸形采用后路经椎间盘入路治疗的临床效果显著。

Objective：To explore the effect of posterior approach through intervertebral disc approach in the treatment of traumatic old spinal fracture kyphosis.Methods：70 patients with traumatic old spinal fracture kyphosis were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,the control group was treated with anterior vertebral distraction,and the observation group was treated with posterior approach through intervertebral disc approach,we compared the effect of the two groups.Results：After treatment,compared with the control group,the percentage of vertebral compression and Cobb＇s angle in the observation group were significantly improved（P〈0.05）.At the same time,compared with the control group,the incidence of complications in the observation group was low（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of posterior approach through intervertebral disc approach in the treatment of traumatic old spinal fracture kyphosis was significant.
