全程督导疗法在幽门螺杆菌清除治疗中的疗效观察

Efficacy of whole course supervision therapy in the treatment of helicobacter pylori clearance

目的:探讨抗幽门螺杆菌治疗中门诊服药及全程督导服药的效果。方法:收治幽门螺杆菌阳性慢性胃炎患者119例,随机分为门诊治疗组和住院治疗组。门诊治疗组采用质子泵基础上的经验四联方案,住院治疗组在门诊治疗组用药基础上实行全程督导给药,比较两组治疗效果。结果:两组治疗后均较治疗前幽门螺杆菌清除率高,但全程督导组清除率更高(P<0.05)。结论:全程督导下的住院治疗抗幽门螺杆菌较门诊治疗能够进一步提高根除率。

Objective：To investigate the effect of outpatient medicine and whole course supervision therapy in the treatment of helicobacter pylori clearance.Methods：119 cases of helicobacter pylori positive chronic gastritis were selected,they were randomly divided into the outpatient treatment group and the inpatient treatment group.The outpatient treatment group was treated with empirical quadruple program based on proton pump,and the inpatient group added with full course supervision on the basis of the outpatient treatment group,we compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results：After treatment,the clearance rates of HP in the two groups were higher than 85% before treatment,however,the clearance rate of the whole supervision group was higher（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Compared with the outpatient treatment,the whole hospital supervised treatment of helicobacter pylori can further improve eradication rate.
