股骨近端髓内钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效观察

Curative effect of proximal femoral nail in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur

目的:探讨股骨近端髓内钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效和安全性。方法:收治股骨粗隆间骨折老年患者80例,分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用动力髋螺钉治疗,观察组采用股骨近端髓内钉治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组的手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间、术后引流量、部分负重时间、住院时间、术后髋关节功能优良率及并发症发生率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:股骨近端髓内钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效显著,安全性高。

Objective：To explore the curative effect and safety of proximal femoral nail in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur.Methods：80 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur were selected,they were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with dynamic hip screw and the observation group was treated with proximal femoral nail,we compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results：In the observation group,the operation time,the amount of bleeding,the time of fracture healing,the flow rate,the time of partial load,the time of hospitalization,the good rate of postoperative hip joint function and the incidence of complications were all significantly better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The curative effect of proximal femoral nail in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur was significant,and the safety was high.
