IL-1、β_2防御素检测对胎膜早破合并羊膜腔感染诊断意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨以白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、β_2防御素(HBD-2)检测诊断胎膜早破、羊膜腔感染的准确性。方法:收治因胎膜早破入院患者95例作为观察组,入院后给予胎膜病理检查,分为绒毛膜羊膜炎(HCA)组(45例)和非HCA组(50例),选择同期未出现胎膜早破的正常孕妇98例为对照组,对3组孕妇行IL-1、HBD-2检测。结果:HCA组IL-1、HBD-2水平高于其他两组(P<0.05),HBD-2预测HCA特异性为0.78、敏感性为0.68;IL-1特异性为0.76、敏感性为0.79。结论:IL-1、HBD-2用于胎膜早破HCA诊断、预测具有一定临床价值。 Objective:To investigate the accuracy of interleukin-1(IL-1) and β2 defensin in the diagnosis of premature rupture of membranes and amniotic cavity infection.Methods:95 patients with premature rupture of membranes were treated as the observation group.After admission,the pathological examination of fetal membranes was given to non chorionic amniotic velvet(HCA) group(50 cases),and the HCA group(45 cases).98 normal pregnant women without premature rupture of membranes were selected as the control group,and three groups of pregnant women were tested for IL-1 and β2 defensin(HBD-2).Results:The levels of IL-1 and HBD-2 in the HCA group were higher than those in other groups(P〈0.05),the pecificity of HBD-2 in predicting HCA was 0.78,and the sensitivity was 0.68,IL-1 0.76,sensitivity 0.79.Conclusion:IL-1 and HBD-2 have certain clinical value in the diagnosis and prediction of premature rupture of membranes(HCA).
