胃肠间质瘤的临床病理特征及预后影响因素

Clinicopathological features and prognostic factors of gastrointestinal stromal tumors

目的:探讨胃肠间质瘤疾病的共性临床病理特征,分析影响治疗、预后结果的因素。方法:收治胃肠间质瘤患者60例,回顾分析患者的病情资料,总结常见的胃肠间质瘤病理特征。结果:不同的患者由于病变位置及合并疾病的不同,其临床病理特征也不尽相同;年龄和胃肠间质瘤疾病的性质是影响手术治疗预后效果的主要因素。结论:胃肠间质瘤疾病的临床病理特征不具有典型性和特异性,只有了解影响疾病治疗预后结果的相关因素,才能制定相关的预防措施。

Objective：To explore the common clinical and pathological characteristics of gastrointestinal stromal tumors,and analyze the factors that affect the prognosis.Methods：A total of 60 patients with gastrointestinal stromal tumors were analyzed retrospectively,and their pathological features of common gastrointestinal stromal tumors were summarized.Results：The clinicopathological features of different patients were different,because of the lesion location and the complication of the disease.Age and the nature of gastrointestinal stromal tumor were the main factors affecting the outcome of surgical treatment.Conclusion：The clinicopathological features of gastrointestinal stromal tumors are not typical and specific.Only by understanding the related factors that affect the outcome of the disease treatment can the relevant preventive measures be formulated.
