虚拟流水线在检验科无纸化检验流程中的应用

Application of virtual pipeline in paperless inspection process of laboratory

目的:探讨虚拟流水线在医院检验科无纸化检验流程中的应用效果。方法:应用现有的医院信息系统与实验室信息管理系统,选择前置式容器条形码与后置式患者中文信息条兼容的个性化混合式条形码,个性化设置医院检验科虚拟生化免疫分析流水线,完成样本信息采集、样品处理及分类、样本检验、电子报告生成及报数据传输的流水线无纸化检验。结果:虚拟流水线能简化医生站与护士站的工作流程,避免重复工作,减少出错,同时还可以减少实验室的耗材支出。结论:虚拟流水线优化了检验科的工作流程,缩短了周转时间,提高了工作效率与仪器利用率,降低了检测结果出错率。

Objective：To explore the application effect of virtual pipeline in paperless inspection process of hospital laboratory.Methods：The existing hospital information system and the laboratory information management system were used to select the individual mixed bar code compatible with the prepositioned container bar code and the postposition Chinese information strip,and to personalize the virtual biochemical immune analysis line of the hospital laboratory,and complete the pipelined paperless inspection including the sample information collection,sample processing,classification and sample inspection,the generation of electronic report and data transmission.Results：The virtual pipeline simplified the working process of the doctor station and the nursing station,avoided the duplication of work,reduces the error,and reduces the cost of the laboratory consumables.Conclusion：The virtual pipeline optimized the workflow of the laboratory,shortened the turnaround time,improved the work efficiency and the utilization ratio of instruments,and reduced the error rate of test results.
