摘要
目的:探讨妇产科护理管理中应用细节管理的价值。方法:收治妇产科患者90例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例,对照组给予常规护理管理,观察组给予细节管理。结果:观察组患者护理相关指标评分以及护理总满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:妇产科护理工作中加行细节管理,可以提高护理质量、患者满意度,具有实用价值。
Objective:To explore the value of detail management in gynecology and obstetrics nursing management.Methods:90 cases in the department of obstetrics and gynecology were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group were given routine nursing management,while the observation group were given detailed management.Results:The score of nursing related index and the total satisfaction of nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Details management in gynecology and obstetrics nursing work can improve the quality of nursing and patient satisfaction,and has practical value.
