影响剖宫产术后切口愈合不良的因素、护理方法及临床观察

Influencing factors, nursing methods and clinical observation of wound healing after cesarean section

目的:探讨影响剖宫产术后切口愈合不良的因素、护理方法。方法:收治进行剖宫产手术的剖宫产患者500例,将其分为愈合良好组(对照组)和愈合不良组(观察组),分析其临床疗效。结果:切口愈合不良25例,影响伤口愈合的因素包括体重指数、合并基础疾病、手术时机、瘢痕子宫、阴道检查、手术时间等。结论:影响剖宫产术后切口愈合不良的因素众多,优质护理对其恢复有重要意义。

Objective：To explore the factors influencing the incision healing after cesarean section and the nursing methods.Methods：500 cesarean section patients undergoing cesarean section were selected,all of the patients were divided into the good healing group（control group） and the poor healing group（observation group）,and their clinical data were analyzed.Results：There were 25 cases of wound healing,the factors affecting wound healing include body mass index,combined basic disease,operation time,scar uterus,vaginal examination,operation time and so on.Conclusion：There are many factors that affect the wound healing after cesarean section,high quality nursing is very important for its recovery.
