健康教育在慢性乙肝患者治疗中的作用分析

Effect of health education in the treatment of patients with chronic hepatitis B

目的:探讨健康教育对慢性乙肝患者治疗的作用。方法:收治慢性乙肝患者158例,对其实施健康教育,观察教育效果。结果:通过健康教育,患者依从性、相关知识掌握情况、生活质量等方面均较教育前有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:对乙肝患者实施健康教育能够加强对疾病的认识,提高治疗依从性,提高患者生活质量。

Objective：To explore the effect of health education in the treatment of patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods：158 patients with chronic hepatitis B were selected,they received health education,we observed the effect of education.Results：Through health education,patients＇ compliance,knowledge and quality of life were improved significantly（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Health education for hepatitis B patients can enhance awareness of disease,improve treatment compliance and improve the quality of life of patients.
